5 vegetarian foods that will beautify your eyes and hairs


The eyes are the most important part of a body and so are the hairs, especially for girls. These are two parts of body that make other people look at them. It is very necessary to keep them both healthy and neat. If they are good, everything else looks good and that includes confidence too.

Below given are few natural remedies for healthy eyes and silky shiny hairs:

1. Dry fruits: We all know importance of dry fruits but we don’t know they strengthen our vision as well as our hairs. Walnuts are great for your hairs and almonds for your eyes. Not only that but they also sharpen the minds.

2. Leafy veggies:
The spinach, coriander, fenugreek, etc are good for your eyes. Their soup mixed with carrots and beetroots is even better for strengthening your eyesight. These leafy vegetables do to inside body what grass does to outer body.  Walking on grass every day also helps to better the eyes.
